SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: An exterior-facing security camera is installed on the apartment’s ENTRY DOOR. It monitors the area immediately outside the entrance and the shared hallway/corridor. The camera does not view or record any area inside the apartment. The camera records video [and audio] and is active [24 hours a day / when motion is detected]. It is used solely for property security, access monitoring, and the safety of guests and residents. Please notice that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests remain subject to final operational approval. In rare operational circumstances beyond our control, this service may become unavailable and any associated fees will be fully refunded.
